Our Story
Power of Chi was born in resistance to ethnic and racial discrimination in the workplace. Wanting to chart his own course, Kwai Chi launched the agency to make a difference; he wanted to channel the negative energy of stigma and turn hardship into success. Leaving behind a varied career as an actor and then an investment banker, Kwai’s plan was to bring better representation into marketing and production decision-making.
Since launching, Power of Chi has been a few things. Operating as a royalty collections business, then a production company, as well as a consultancy firm. Our strength lies in our agility. Today, we are a hybrid creative marketing agency covering social and digital channels, media buying, video production and content distribution.
We’ve had lots of success too. Heading up Intuit’s social media branding and communications, which includes the award-winning live-streaming show Ask The Expert. Reducing CPA to under £2 for Avis car rentals. And making Allianz the most viewed financial brand on Vine.
Other notable clients include Tesla, O2, Diageo, Franco Manca, AsusTek Computer, Nokia, Microsoft, Vodafone and Huawei.

We are also a highly-skilled and experienced film production team. We can devise content, shoot, edit, post-produce and deliver video content all in-house. This cuts out the need to involve third-party production agencies and saves you money.
